Design for the full rear elevation
Study the relationship between doors, windows, rooflines and the proposed outdoor structure. A porch or pergola should preserve useful daylight and views while giving the new space a clear architectural connection to the home.
Plan for entertaining
Separate cooking, dining and lounge functions without creating unnecessary distance between them. Confirm appliance sizes, furniture clearances and circulation before fixing an outdoor kitchen or stair location.
Build an approval-ready package
Homes facing common areas or the golf course may receive additional design attention. Assemble the footprint, elevations, finish colors and product information into one consistent submission, and verify the current review requirements for the specific property.
Association and approval preparation
Review the current guidance from Belmont Community Association. Bring the available survey, proposed footprint, elevations, finish colors and product references into the planning process. Association review does not replace the applicable public permit or zoning process.
Start a Belmont Country Club project
Share the property address, photos of the rear elevation and yard, the improvements you are considering and any association documents already collected. BILDEN will review location, scope and scheduling fit before defining next steps.
