PREPARE & BUILD
Coordinate material availability, site access, protection, and trade work. Establish communication expectations and project milestones. Review proposed changes in writing so their effects are understood.
WALK THROUGH & CLOSE OUT
Walk through the work, document remaining items, and review available product care and project closeout information. Refer to your agreement and product documentation for applicable warranty terms.
COMMUNICATION MATTERS
